Shawn Anglin

Born and raised in Borger, Texas and proudly rooted in Lubbock for the past 20 years, I’m a West Texan through and through — shaped by small-town values, big sky optimism, and a belief that people deserve to be cared for in life’s biggest moments.

Before stepping into real estate, I spent years as an entrepreneur — from running a vintage clothing store, to playing guitar in a Christian rock band, to owning an outdoor advertising company and negotiating land leases across West Texas. Every chapter taught me something about people, pressure, communication, and story. Those lessons are the foundation of how I serve my clients today.

Faith, family, and community shape everything I do. I’ve been married to my high-school sweetheart for over 20 years, I’m a dad to 3 amazing kids who keeps me laughing. My faith is huge part of who I am and I love Texas Tech football, the Dallas Cowboys, lifting heavy weights, good times on the golf course and a good whiskey at the end of a long week while sitting with my dog Clark (named after Clark Griswold).
