Hi, I’m Cody Barker! As a proud Lubbock native and Texas Tech graduate with a degree in Business Management, I know this city like the back of my hand. My journey into real estate started with an internship at Steadfast Realty in college, where I got a front-row seat to the impact a great agent can have. Watching Jim Archer help families and businesses find their perfect properties inspired me to jump in and join him. In February 2025, I officially earned my real estate license and joined the Jim Archer Team at Steadfast Realty.

I love working with all types of buyers and sellers—from first-time homeowners to investors, commercial clients, and land buyers. My goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible while ensuring my clients feel confident every step of the way. I’m young, eager, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done, and with the incredible Steadfast team by my side, my clients always have the best resources available.

Outside of real estate, I’m a co-owner of Rock Solid Athletics, a gymnastics gym in town. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me at the lake wakeboarding, snowboarding in the mountains, or spending time with my wife, Presley, and our golden doodle, Cash.
